90 Day reporting on a
retirement visa
If staying in Thailand on a retirement (non-immigrant) visa, foreigners
must report their present address to the Immigration Department every
90 days. This is done on a form TM 47 supplied by the department. It
should be accompanied by copies of the visa and information pages in
your passport. It can be done in person or by post. In person it only
takes a few minutes and is not an onerous task.
